With over 29 years in client customer service, Neal prides himself in providing the best possible service to his clients. Neal has been active in selling real estate for the last 12 years and has listed and or sold properties in the San Fernando, Simi, Conejo, Santa Clarita Valleys, Burbank and Los Angeles. Neal started his career specializing in first time buyers and real estate finance. Now the majority of his clients are past clients, referrals and lending institutions.. It not surprising that Neal has conducted multiple transactions with his past clients. He attributes his success to his excellent communication, negotiation, people skills.
