Cary Hoffman is a Realtor® and the branch manager of Rodeo Realty’s Encino sales office.
Cary was born in Los Angeles and has been native to the San Fernando Valley for the majority of his life. His real estate career began in July of 1982 and has included stays in offices with locations such as Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, Woodland Hills and Calabasas. Among Cary’s real estate accomplishments are over 18 years of management and training experience. He has trained agents as a mentor, a training director and as a sales manager. More than 300 agents can claim they have benefited from his expert tutelage. His reputation in the real estate industry is far reaching and solid.
Over 27 years of overall experience and a background which includes marketing, finance, negotiation, mediation and contract drafting give Cary the knowledge necessary to handle complex transactions. These attributes also help clients buy and sell in difficult economic conditions or times of stress. Single family homes, condominiums, residential income and vacant land are among his areas of expertise. With an in-depth knowledge of the San Fernando Valley as well as the Westside and Conejo Valley, Cary is an expert at evaluating and marketing a property to suit the individual needs of each owner.
Cary pays close attention to the development and use of the internet and its many uses in the real estate marketplace. He has strong computer skills and has assisted in the design and use of many marketing and promotional materials currently being used in the real estate marketplace.
